Jimmy Edgar has announced aa new release on Warp for February 2006 called "Color Strip" LP.
You can tell he's from the USA as he can't spell colour!
Also there is some word about a fashion thing but more on that when it comes.

OLD BROTHOMSTATES

Anyone who has had a listen to any of the work by Brothomstates is probably wondering what he has been up to over the past 3 years. With no new work surfacing at all and Warp keeping very very quite about it all.

Well it's nothing new but you might not know that he (Lassi Nikko) was very prolific in the demo scene before he released work under the Brothomstates moniker. His work back then was mostly under the name "Dune" and you can download over 40 songs he made by popping over here.

These tracks are in the following file formats .MOD .S3M and .XM If you have the latest version of Winamp you will be able to listen to them fine!

After alot of listening to these tracks I have to add that the ones from the folder called "hey_heressomepreviouslyunreleasedtunesbyduneoforange" are IMHO the best out of this selection. Top class stuff in a file format that I have to say for the size sounds amazing!

Top news for any acid lovers out there is that Andy Jenkinson AKA Ceephax Acid Crew has a few new things in the pipeline. He is to release a new EP on Bugklink records called Hardcore Esplanade which should have been released ages ago but is taking its time!

He is also releasing another EP with Firstcask which he has released on before, this one’s called Hardcore Wick. I’m very interested in the B side titled Acid Varsity Speciale which might nod back to his early work!

All that plus his announcement that he is working on a Kerrier District (Luke Vibert) remix! This guy’s on fire! I just want it to land on some nice chunky vinyl very very soon!
